Confession Of An Individual Poem by Alexandro Johns

Confession Of An Individual

-Tell me your history
as individual:

-'Music seems sad to me
because the silence is definitive
before being born
and after dying.
I lived slave
of natural laws
as all the flies and flowers.'

'I dreamed bold actions
like a barefoot Tarzan
or war pilot
in a country of aircrafts slow,
among cruel soldiers
and poor workers.'

'I lived moments of joy
into forced inebriation
of the sexual trapeze
I learned without net.'

'Like an abysmal fish
or sedentary bird,
in a nation
lashed with earthquakes
the landscape covered me.'

'I imagined the successes
just like my friends,
all of them with little life
and some buried
without they realizing it
as individuals.'
