Confusion
Sometimes it's hard to tell
What's real and what's not
I don't know what's wrong with me
I confuse dreams with reality a lot
Sometimes I'm unsure
If my memories are true
They could be pretense
False thoughts through and through
I swear I'm not crazy right?
Just a bit confused
It'll pass over right?
Not a big issue...
