Conquered Race Poem by Abdul Wahab

Conquered Race

Rating: 5.0

It is utterly wrong
To keep a race of man too weak and feeble for so long
Be they Red Indians of America
Or the aborigines of Australia
All human beings are with souls engraved with dignity and honor
Be they colored
Be they white or red
And unlike stones they all have aspirations
They dream too to be free
And like a caged lion they sing the song of freedom
Like us all homeless they should get a home Independent
And a flag for the sign for their pride
A national song to sing their heritage
A national symbol to show their courage
Really it is a shame of men of 21st century
As we have still many a conquered race.
