Conscious Of The Hills, The Eels, And The Ills Poem by Hebert Logerie

Conscious Of The Hills, The Eels, And The Ills

Strong
To admit the wrong
Weak
To seek
Help
Lucky
To want to help
Brave
Not to be a slave
Of this crazy society
Always conscious
Of the obvious
Hills
The eels and the ills
That we face
In this strange place
Strong
To carry
The song
Anyway
All the way
To the cemetery.
