We are still living under contagion's shadow,
But that won't blur out our hopes for a new tomorrow,
However restless our night may be,
A new dawn certainly we will see.
Let us not beat the drums of sadness anymore,
And once again let music of joy galore,
Singing songs of eternal happiness and mirth,
With our muse, let us refresh the face of the earth.
Comrades, together we will bring contagion's defeat,
On our invisible enemy, let us turn the heat,
How long must we live paralyzed with fear,
Time to exit this state has drawn near.
Victory shall not be claimed by this contagion,
Let this painful saga be thrown into oblivion!
