i do not cook or eat raw for taste buds reason
rice from asia
sweet basil leaf
extra virgin olive oil
nutmeg
turmeric
red pepper grounded finely
a pinch of onion powder
sea salt
coconut milk
chopped almonds and walnuts
chopped figs and raisins
alkaline water
