Counter Attraction

As Saint Augustine had a taste
for double-entendre,
Thomas Moore titled a poem
'A Counter Attraction'
and said that a youth
will prefer a damsel's counter attraction
to that of books
until the errata column in an art book
looks better than its pictures look.

What counter a youth wastes in a book.
