I stay inside sheltered from all
I don't see light at day but 4 walls
I don't talk to people
I speak to myself or atleast the voices in my head
Overthinking most the time
The feeling of heat
Being suffocated none other then by my own words
Pain is felt and heard
My pain is sheltered
For no one to see
My emotions are are not heard
I am but in my own head
Sheltered no where to go
