Crackling Those Silent Words Of Resistance Poem by Nenia Arnaiz Dulom

Crackling Those Silent Words Of Resistance

Stir up the soul, you acerbic babblers
And awaken the slumber within
Do not let the silence conquer the courage and confidence
The tenacity has nothing to do with numbness or oblivion.

Slam the door on the face of obtrusive behavior
Grab the chalice of injuries and afflictions
And pour out into the empty sphere of jubilation
Lock in the lamentable circumstances and misfortunes.

Endemic pestilence and pollutants abound
Safeguard the cordial from inimical
Do not tarry and lay wait around
Or stick out your tongue to dip into the garnished poison.

Stupefy deceiver and disease carrying flies
Do not swarm the innocent land
And colonized the district with your calumnious slobbering mouths
Yes you bring nothing but discomfort and dispute.

Words are meant to you if you know the meaning
Silent and unspoken they come as free flowing unruffled river
Their objective is to reach your callous sense
To ignite your dying conscience.

Heed if your sensitivity or sensibility is accurate and sound
Listen to the rhythm echoing from deep down your spine
Let the tender cadence of phrases smoothen the hardiness of remaining benevolence
Give in to the sumptuous flavor of my wordings.

Be supernatural in your compassion
And overcome the evilness that is creeping inside your mortal being
Do not let it in within the demarcation
From which only God should dwell and reign.
