Crayons Poem by Joseph Narusiewicz

Crayons

Flowers of Bach in a violet choir
Soft angels in perfect middle C
Harmony where lover’s pray
Soprano sings like starlight
Heaven is a daily pathway

Her eyes seek a child’s smile
Her hands work to bring joy
Her pain hides behind strength
A mother with tears
A mother who wants her child happy

She tells me about her son’s new crayons
