Creations Poem by Sergio D'Amico

Creations

Rating: 5.0

Blanket, Blanket in the sky,
you that cover the outer light
you that give birth to the night,
you that evoke fear to the clouded kind,
let it be known that this is the time
Where we shall bring water to your still eyes
by evoking creations in our uncurtained minds.

We watch the flowers and see them breathe,
We look at the sea and feel so free,
We walk the path obscured by night
but lit with our own inner light.
On huge ships we sail the heavens high
and Laced Silk garments with Diamonds feed our minds,
We puncture your eternal pride,
by placing the moon that shines so bright
to guide the clouded ones at night.

Blanket, Blanket in the sky
You that systematically cover the light,
You that create the night,
look into our living eyes
and behold the creations of an uncurtained mind.
