Creativity Poem by Brendan Miller

Creativity

Rating: 5.0

I went to school today to learn something new
Some numbers and facts that must be true.

Sitting steadily my mind begins to wander
Why the hell am I sitting here and not over yonder?

On that field where I could run and play
And kiss the god damn school away!

'Attention! ' yells the teacher at me
I glance and simply smile with glee.

The useless info I am fed
Only fills me up with dread.

Sitting silently I look at the clock
Oh great, it's only half past nine.
