A Congressional...quandary
Where logic confounds
…Bipartisan folks…talking
American boots on the ground

Such casual considerations
….Literally…..astounds….
It's our children's feet..filling
…Those boots on the ground

Barry.....the pragmatist
…..Politically…aware
‘Tis either boots on the ground
Or drones…..in the air

…Amidst the evils…of ISIS
And…the sight of Hussein....
Witnessing his very own hanging
…Throes…in America's…name

Quite a package…..on the plate
When there's blame to go around
Critical thought…due...the mindset
…American boots…on the ground
