Should our paths cross,
Will it be a blessing or a curse?
Will it bring a new beginning,
Or it will only make things worse?

Should our paths meeting,
Will we find meaning,
And change the course of fate?
Or we will end up retreating, as we are destined to suffer and wait.

Should our paths cross,
Will it be another chance or loss?
The right moment in a world that can feel wrong,
Or just a passing fad, not leading us to where we belong.

Should our paths in connection,
Will our hearts find perfect affection?
Or we will feel nothing but a sense of rejection?
Will our emotions be left in defection?
Or we will change our direction, And promise to never be lost again,
Perhaps,
after all,
we will remain the same.
