Crush Poem by Moth Harris

Crush

Stopped, staring, sitting, sparing my time.
I'm broken open over this token of mine.
I feel this new sensation down my spine,
and for once the birds chirping sound so fine.

You may just be the light at the end of the tunnel.
You may just be heaven to a guy like me,
Yeah you may just be the light I've been looking for,
Yeah you give me something to believe.

My heart's been thinkin' 'bout you this time.
Wonderin' what it'd be like if you were all mine.
I'm praying for god to just give me a sign,
and for once in my life I'm doing just fine.
