Crying Rooms Poem by Swamidhason Francis

Crying Rooms

O, ululating woman, listen, stop shedding tears like an April cloud a tad too often;
Remember the wise saying of Solomon; ‘this will pass away’ like ancient empires
And be happy, the sage counseled. But he was disdained as if he were one of the vampires.
And the wailing and crying continued for ages, despite her change in fashion too often;

Her man it is, who always is at the receiving end, being accused of insensitivity too often,
To her feminine tears; tears, that could mold mountains and melt the most molten empires.
While the paramours of the emperors reside in their cozy abodes like charming vampires
It is the man himself who loses kingdom and kingship to their charm offensive too often.

All these emotional hues that smeared the harmony of men stand synchronized in software;
Yup- dear menfolk and women alike, here comes a template to de-stress your worries.
‘Crying Rooms’ with eye masks and luxury tissues are suggested to be installed in places

Frequented by stressed Eves, be it airport or beauty parlor, be it I.T Park with software,
At the cutting edge of technology or Prayer halls designed to sell dreams in lieu of worries,
Everywhere; women can go for crying, with cashmere-soft tissues tucked in fashionable places.
