Crystal Teardrops Poem by Justin Gildow

Crystal Teardrops

Rating: 5.0

You cry your crystal teardrops
When you've been hurt
Or when your heart has been ripped open or torn apart
You wish your whole world would stop

Sooner or later
Time affects us all
It's amazing when you're granted love and mercy
And be able to see things from a different angle
And choose to believe that above us are angels

When I look into your eyes
Crystal teardrops fall down
Very gently, not a sound
And I stare and stand mesmerized

Sweetheart
God bless your heart
You found me in a time of need
Perhaps more than I would have believed
