Cycle Of Depression
She's screaming inside your mind
keeping you from running away
she's trying to break you down
watch you crumble and decay
your not strong enough to resist
especially when she percists
grab the blade, sit under the sink
go stain the floor a pretty pink
bleed out the guilt, and despair
even if im suppose to be in repair
i have no control, not now or ever
this cycle continues on forever

Not necessarily Hannah Cooper. Depression can be controlled through meditation, abstinence and good behavior. Throw away the negative thoughts. This poem is too sad to read..
