Cycle Of Nature Poem by ramesh rai

Cycle Of Nature

When nature lay shivering,
And not a single song remained,
Nature turned a new leaf,
And the stirring of songs began.

Spring came knocking at the door,
Spreading colors across the horizon;
Nectar-sweet blooms, heavy with blossoms,
Cast their intoxicating spell all around.

Then Autumn made its entrance,
And all the flowers withered away;
Like the searing fire of separation,
It scorched every fiber of the soul.

When Summer took hold of the skies,
The heavens themselves burst forth;
And through the outpouring of tears,
Gifted the soothing touch of cool relief.
