Disgusted I look away from the mirror.
You are nothing less than a killer.
You have snatched my soul.
Left my heart dark as coal.
I scrub your filth in the shower.
My mouth has gone sour.
Because all I taste is your betrayal.
Yet, I am still in denial.
I cannot possibly be damaged goods.
Should I believe it?
After all this damage
You have turned me into a savage.
My eyes cannot erase the smirk they saw on your face
When you were pushing me down from grace.
My blouse torn.
I growled with scorn.
Fighting to keep my innocence.
But you chose violence.
My body finally gave in to your attack, how vicious!
The smug on your face letting me know that you had emerged victorious.
I lost that day and you won.
And to me hatred was born.
I have dreamt of killing you slowly since that day.
I want to watch your lifeless body lay
In a sea of your own blood.
But I am reminded that there is still good in this damaged soul.
I will not allow you to win this time
Because I get to have the last laugh this time.
