Damaged Orchid Poem by Cheryl McDonnell

Damaged Orchid

Fire in the petels
Ashes in my hand
Up a pheonix rises
It's head in the sand

Orchid blooms
tomorrow looms
The Rain batters
petels shatter

Blood does bleed from the virgin stem
From a seed
Dispite your greed
Orchid blooms.
