Dancing With Jacob Poem by Katinka Havermans

Dancing With Jacob

She dances in the room
Talking fermly to
Her pain thresholds
Eyes closed
Just one with the music
The stress forgetting
Her body is hers
Does what she wants
Two legs dancing
Feet with socks on the street
Two arms
Around four black with white paws
Two souls together
In perfect bliss
