Dark Soul
Shadows hover in every soul,
In the deepest depth comes their greatest goal.
Only to destroy every men's whole,
Leaving behind a larger hole.
Ask 'why' they may,
Or even 'how' they thought.
But none will doubth,
Them knocking down the doors.

I am not so sure Lariel but I thought our soul was the little light inside trying to chase away the shadows of the ego. I never attributed any dark corners to soul. This makes the poem very interesting to me. Well written
