Darkness
There's nothing but darkness all around
there's nothing you can do because its earth bound
All over the world you can't even hear a sound
that is because the darkness on the earth still surrounds
you start to feel all alone because there's no one around but you
when people kept telling you the darkness is here
all you did was laugh, but now you look back and see that it came true
theres nothing you can do, except have fear.
In darkness we can always find the light of our interior lives, that is where our strength comes from, our individual spirits can guide us without fear or doubt. Great poem, inspired this comment! 10++++ Thank you for sharing. RoseAnn
Have to find that light that burns the darkness, to be afraid is not a way to move out of it. Very dark but I enjoy it.
