Darling of dark night
dreams that are going,
on to the morning light
of daybreak's glowing.
All that is wonderful
in their sunshine way,
with moment's plentiful
of the new born day.

Darling of yesteryear
of the years going by,
that once was around here
but now's said goodbye.
flowers of fallen time
all that I once knew,
colors of summer prime
that were around and true.

Love can be easy ways
finding and giving more,
as feelings from inside plays
never to be too sure.
Life is so much variety
onto its feelings and taste,
for now and for eternity
never let love be at waste.

Darling of dark night
like the dreams that were,
now is the time of flight
going to everywhere.
I shall someday find
all I was searching for,
leave all around behind
to know something more
