Daruwalla As A Poet
Keki N. Daruwalla
Is a poet of
Cholera,
Diarrhea,
Small pox,
T.B.,
Typhoid,
Malaria
Not of plague,
Viral fever
And Covid
Taking us to British-time
Cholera wards,
Now lying defunct,
Malaria hospitals
And T.B. hospitals
But he is not that doctor sahib,
Had he been
We would have seen him
With the stethoscope.
