Dawn Poem by Joseph Narusiewicz

Dawn

Laws of nature like rows of books
Library of God
I read the river in the wind
Conclusions confine, we must be wise
Mystic tea softens hard lines
Sea rolls into my soul
Clouds like the vines of angels
Music rises in the quiet meadow

Green moss as pure as a star
Everything breathes meaning
Boughs climb into hope
Blue mountains cradle dreams
Wear the roses of sunlight
Knowledge ends and beauty begins
This realm of renewal serenades
Spiritual spiral of dawn’s river
