Dawn Poem by Paul Warren

Dawn

Rating: 4.0

I greet the dawn as an old friend
As the day begins and the night end
The darkness hid the ugliness
But the light of day reveals the mess

Of our relationship with its ups and downs
And now this time you are not around
I stand alone again after a restless time
Will there ever be time when it will be fine.
