Day's End - Poem by Louise Bizzari

Crimson sun
Sinking slowly as day is done
Rainbow luster of golden red
Sail the sky far overhead
Windblown ribbons of twilight maze
Ghostly shifting it's foglight rays
Perfumed air from summers bliss
Fill the evening darkened mist
Silent sunset
Sleepy light
Dropping further out of sight

You have nothing to be jealous of, for your poetry is by far better than mine, and you've penned another 10. (Report) Reply

    Splendid poem!
Oh that reminds me of the beautiful and warm summer evening... *day dreaming* :)
