Dazed And Confused Poem by Rohitha Bollipalli

Dazed And Confused

Rating: 5.0

I woke up to the noise of unbearable silence
And realized that my baby was gone from hence.
Rain thrashed the relentless window panes
Announcing the killer winding up in the lanes
Waiting for the rain to wash out his sin.
His guy fawkes slipped, revealing a flicker of a grin.
When I got up to see through the eerie air,
I slipped and fell in a pool of crimson slime.
Following the trails of the blood swept liar,
I crawled through the mindless rooms of my head
Inside a particularly morbid one, I saw my lover laid down dead.
A knife twisted in her gut; a grisly sight of snuffed life.
I sat there for a long time, covered in gushing obscurity
Hearing flashes of sights, seeing patterns and echoes
Completely dazed and confused.

I wonder if you plugged your fountain pen into an electrical outlet before writing this energized vision.
