Dead Wish
It hurts too much to wish,
Knowing life can switch
Any given time
That wish could be a trick
A trick makes me believe
Deceptive, wishful dreams
Then I see the light
The truth, devil's eye
The real, what has become
A dead wish, killed and hung.
