Deaf Flies Poem by Benson Don

Deaf Flies

With every step
my strides are weakened,
my heart is weighed down 'cus
my folks' burden causes it aches.

They walk with their eyes closed
and think solely with their anus.
By their folly, they put off the light
at the other end of the tunnel.

They with their lips hate suffering
sincerely, seriously and wholeheartedly.
But their deeds is eloquently speaking
of how much they've invested in it.

They'll always rebuff instructions
'cus they always know what they're doing.
Deep down the truth is glaring
but their lazy minds has deprived them the fact.

I feel so much pain 'cus
they suffer the avoidable.
I feel so much pain 'cus
they have refused help.
