Dear Husband Poem by Randy McClave

Dear Husband

Dear husband I am your wife
I will be at your side during worry and strife,
And if you ever need me to comb your hair
Or to help you bathe, I will be there.
I will always prepare for you food to eat
And I will always keep our house both clean and neat,
Together our children we will raise
And unto them I will always give you praise.
I took a vow to be with you for better or for worse
And I will always be committed to that verse,
I will be at your side until we enter our grave
But, husband remember this, I am not ever your slave.
