Dear Mother - Poem by G. Akanji Olaniyi

It may not be enough to say it
My whole life, I dedicate it
Being the vehicle that brought me
To this life that marvels me

Your nature's gift was my first nourishment
And as I grew, your words were a supplement
Dear Mother, you are my love
I still maintain that same shape of love

If I should come back here again
I belief I will do more; I am certain
You are my jewel of no estimation
The queen with a crown of no mensuration

(Dedicated to my dear mother and all other great mothers in the world)

A love for one's mother is the achievement of the Lord's love, the heavenly love. A lovely tribute to one's mother (Report) Reply
