Death - A Silent Winner - Poem by Siji Manoj

It can't be said - how
It can't be explained - why
A belief like anonymity
A conviction like mystery

Whatever bliss it brings
It accompanies its grief
Everybody is a partaker
In it there is no exception

Sometimes it's sudden
Other way it drags us long
What on earth the route we choose
The end is in its arms

A meeting fixed for a day to come
A permanent ending to life become
A silent winner in all prospects
An unexplained truth in all respects

    An death is certain,
An day of death is uncertain.
    Nice description,
    Nice expression.

Unexplained truth lingers at the end. Hope that bliss comes then. Thank you. (Report)Reply
