Death Comes In Poem by Sheena Blackhall

Death Comes In

Plane crash, train smash
River swallow drown
Skull bash croc splash
Winding sheet gown

Fire burn, car turn
Sizzle, broil & fry
Pandemic rot gut
So many ways to die

Boat sink, gin drink
Liver turned to jelly
Crowd crush war smush
Death by Hara- Kiri

Horse thrown, bomb blown,
A terrorist outrage
Hung, drawn and quartered
Fast to death sage

Cancer, murder
Accidents galore
Straight forward heart attack
Out the exit door

Bulimia, dementia
Anaphylactic shock
Suicide & torture
Can stop the body clock

Falling from a scaffolding
Leaping in the dark
Poisoning, garrotting,
Dim the vital spark

Malaria & Mania
Hypertension
Death creeps in by many cracks
Ring the requiem
