Death In It's Face Poem by Thomas Enriquez

Death In It's Face

Walking across the street
Staring death in it's face
One half step and this ford
Will surely end life's race

The driver doesn't even know
He's about to play the main star
In death's latest and greatest show
I'll make it seem like an accident
But little do they know
I had it planned from the start
It's my time to go

Don't take this seriously it's just a poem
Or maybe a death note that I figured
Id at least owe em
So you'll read this and probably think I'm
Going to end it
Should you act or not
Maybe you could fix it
By the time you call
R.I.P will be posted on my wall
I've already
Walked across the street with my head down
Just as he gets close dropp my phone on the ground
Turned around
And made my mark on this town
