Decided Disorientation - Poem by Jerome Fuseau

Have you noticed, Brother
That even the roads are
Covered with thick green moss?
Even the needle is
puzzled in our compass.

Sit down for a while and
Search your bundle for the
bottle - do one more pray
To reveal that our just
Direction is 'away'.

Topic(s) of this poem: journey, pray

Form: Elegy
