Paul Brookes

Deciduous

hollow joys backed glass
yellow grass covered board
trees twitch shiver falling fronds
bare black back to basics
stark hands ungloved sky wards reach
orange amber rose red shed
replenishes earthen
next years buds

An imaginative autumn poem. Great images.
