Deconstruction Poem by Aneek Chatterjee

Deconstruction

One day I'll quit the field
Curious eyes accusing fingers
adorable faces

will remain curious accusing
and adorable.
Flowers in the dressing room

will continue to bloom
yellow purple white.
In glowing solitude

will fight myself
not about what I did right
or what I did wrong

but deconstructing those
curious faces, sudden deaths and
adorable smiles in the gallery.
