Delight In The Light Poem by J Sheba Anandhi

Delight In The Light

What could make a person possibly bad?
Showing one’s anger on one who shows fad
Is a grave sin, and the wonder is they delight
In the light of another one’s grieve; the slight
Terms of humanity lacks in the seeker of revenge;
Vengeance is a quality of being inhuman, the range
Of these kind of folks are quite high so it is no use
In thinking of the inconceivable, one could excuse
Oneself from these agonies by lighting a small lamp
In a notion that, anger could blow out the lamp
Of the prominent mind; so one should light a lamp
For the goodness of oneself and hope even the damp
Expressions will follow the mighty light of the lamp.
