Descartes, Be Damned Poem by Kurt Philip Behm

Descartes, Be Damned

Rating: 5.0

From life's final dissertation,
logic must be barred

A blueprint of our limitations,
its legions burned and scarred

In that last final closing moment,
transcendence kindled bright

The strictures of its failed excuse
—left victim to the night

Its legions are burnt. From life's final dissertation, we have to learn many things. This is a brilliant poem amazingly penned.10
