A value system
without God
describes the
descent of morality
into a well so deep
as to be bottomless.

Morality become
reduced to a mass
of value judgments.

Where there once
was God, an
objective morality
based on an
objective reality
whose truths
are beyond
time, place,
custom and politics,
now there is an
irreducible subjective
opinion with no criteria for
distinguishing between
right and wrong.
