Desiring Daylight Poem by Phillip Nine Mafunga

Desiring Daylight

Tears n' fears
That reap through the seams
Wherein leadership lacks empathy
Steering the ship in smears n' sneers
Leaving the work surface covered in smeer
Workers're human first
With streams of blood running throug their flesh too
I see through the fabric of time
The whole pattern drawn out in sand
Wherein revolts morphed into full on revolutions
