I sat in a room with horrific thoughts,
Wondering why this was happening.
Thoughts in blood red and unhappy endings,
Thoughts of roads rocky, craggy and bending.
I went for a walk now.
My horrific thoughts were on.
They all sang an out of tune song,
Whose slanted and cracking notes,
Terrifying me.
But the laughter of children,
Caught my ear.
They played ever so near.
My destination nightmare was over.
I averted destination stop,
And all the scariness was over.
