Destiny's Choice Poem by James B. Earley

Destiny's Choice

Rating: 4.5

Which road....which fork
Which path I take
Not knowing why
This turn I make

Elsewhere my soul
Would wont to be
That distant turf
It beckons me

The horizon fades
My pathway shrinks
In vain I seek
That elusive link

Ah....the ominous glow
Of a lightened load
The path to love
At the side of the road

Love provides the light for destiny's dark paths and welcomes us home with healing arms that embrace our souls and prepare us for the next journey. Lovely poem James. Shirley
