Dic-Tators And Liars Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Dic-Tators And Liars

Dictator and liar

Dictator and liar
Fanatic Criminals,
Nationalists and racists

Be aware, be aware
I'm tired, I'm tired
Of being and seeing,
This is shame, nothing else

I will make bonfire using books as tinder
My body and brain will come as sacrifice

Celebrate and have fun; one is less, I am gone
I will burn and bury, stories, memories
Fatima and her child, abortions, then Tehran
(In water, graveyard, the fetus by trees, in the bag; intestines)
And body of infant found thrown in sewage or buried in the wall
Biting dogs in Markham

I won't say of Kibra, her mother; Eritrea
And Hussein in Sudan; in Khartoum FMG
And how the tunnels end, deep inside pyramids
And skin of python turned to bag and the boots
Our planes, and flights, ELF, ULF to LF,

Rest assured and relaxed
No whistle will blast, no candle will shed light
Your secrets and crimes will remain in the dark
Unpunished you'll be free

My novels and fictions, in prose or poems
Stories will fade out, both writing and oral

Come then, join bonfire
Celebrate and have feast
Some whiskey with coffee
