Inside their war rooms
Dictators and generals go
over their plans
Across sea, air, and land
Figuring out where they want
to strike
And where to hit the enemy
hardest
Dictators and generals agree
and disagree on their choices
and decisions
Not to mention their war planes
as well
The future is coming
And it'll soon be near
Battles and war games
It's all the same
For the dictators and
generals
Most of them have a
victory cigar
While a few have a glass
of champagne
The dictators and generals
are certainly ready
Ready for battle or war
games
It's all the same
Whether it'd be in the sun
Or in the rain
