Different - Poem by Rebekah Rogers

you take away my freedom
you silence my only voice
you take away all that i am
and give me your only choice

you believe that you control me
that I'll go with the norm
you think that i will reason
you think that I'll conform

I'm sorry you don't know me
and all the time you spent
trying to erase me
can't you see I'm different?

Yes an interesting poem. Yet I must ask, what is a 'me norm'? Please read my: Bloom of Youth.
