Dead - Poem by Rebekah Rogers

Theres no time to fix mistakes
theres no time to make some more
just letting memories slip away
and wait for whats in store.

theres no more time to reason
just except what lies ahead
my heart it beats no longer
its not the first time I've been dead.

I'm not saying this is peaceful
but this place it makes me calm
I'm glad I'm finally dead
I've been alive for way to long.
